          近日，北京北京市石景山区市场监管局对辖区餐饮单位启动夏季食品安全监督检查，石景山查执法人员重点检查餐饮单位食品及食品原料进货验收、餐饮索证索票、护食加工操作、北京餐饮具清洗消毒、石景山查环境卫生、餐饮食品储存、护食凉菜加工等环节情况，北京保障市民“舌尖上的石景山查安全”。
